Someone was asking this week about the official version of ZTIUtility.vbs used to fix the error:

ERROR_SESSION_CREDENTIAL_CONFLICT winerror.h
# Multiple connections to a server or shared
# resource by the same user, using more than
# one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect
# all previous connections  to the server or
# shared resource and try again.

Microsoft posted a blog entry regarding this fix with a description of the changes:
